DERTON Terms of Service

DERTON is operated by KANON Systems, Inc. DERTON provides software for service professionals to collect, organize, and review client request information before they respond or take the job.

Using the service

Service professionals use DERTON to receive and review information submitted by their clients. Clients provide information for the specialist selected through the relevant request link. Users must provide information they are entitled to share and use the service lawfully.

Service boundaries

DERTON is not a marketplace, customer relationship management service, diagnostic service, or provider of professional advice. A specialist independently decides whether and how to respond to a request or take work.

Packages and payment

DERTON offers one-time prepaid request packages. The applicable package size and price are shown before checkout. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring cancellation process.
