Information we process

You may provide text, photographs, videos, audio, contact details, and other information about a request. We also process browser and technical information needed to operate the request terminal and protect the service.

How information is used

We use information to present a request to the specialist selected through the request link, operate the service, provide requested notifications, protect security, and provide support.

Sharing

Request materials are available to the specialist for whom you are completing the request. Technical providers may process information needed for hosting, payments, notifications, security, and delivery of the service.

Payments

Specialist payments are processed by Stripe. DERTON does not store complete payment card details.

International processing and retention

Information may be processed in different countries. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
